We factor in service charges in our pricing and try to provide a living wage to ALL of our employees.
Servers now focus on providing world-class service instead of counting tables or tips. Back-of-the-house staff (dishwashers and cooks) provide additional support, and benefit as well since sales directly impact their wages.
Although TIPPING IS OPTIONAL, any additional gratuities will be pooled and proportionately distributed to all staff.
